Tuvan State University is the Federal State institution for undertaking  research, training, industry and is operated to provide higher education to citizens, do fundamental and applied research in the various fields of science and disseminate knowledge to the public and raise its level of education and culture.

 Academic Board

 According to the rules of the Tuvan state university, the Academic Board is the professional managing and academic organization which is responsible for assessing research, training and considering issues related to the University’s development.  

 Pro-rectors

In order to implement goals and objectives of development’s program of University Pro-rector for regulating Academic training, Pro-rector  for research and collaboration, pro-rector Nonlearning work and social policy, pro-rector of economic policy, pro-rector of administrative-economic part are responsible for overseeing academic and administrative affairs.  Vice rectors determine and implement policy and manage daily activities and affaires in their spheres of responsibility.
